The goal of Explore More Outdoors is to inspire and empower people to embrace the life-changing power of nature for their physical and mental health. We strive to break down barriers to outdoor access and create inclusive communities that engage with and appreciate the natural world.

Through education, resources, and supportive programs, we aim to create a lifelong connection to the outdoors while promoting conservation and environmental stewardship, enhancing health, happiness, and appreciation of the environment for all.

We understand that in a more online world, it’s crucial to inform the public about why spending time outside benefits our physical and mental well-being. More time spent outdoors has been directly linked to reducing symptoms of depression, reducing muscle tension, lowering heart rate, and much, much more.
